Duke Transfer Application

• Please apply via the Common Application. You cannot use this application for first year consideration. 

• There are two methods to apply as a transfer candidate: the Duke Transfer application or the Scoir Coalition application. We consider both applications on an equal basis. 
• Students who have already started a Duke Transfer application may log in as returning users. Those who have not yet started a Duke Transfer application should log in as first-time users (even those who applied in a previous cycle as a first year or transfer student).
• Application deadline: March 15, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. in your time zone.
• Students using the Scoir Coalition application may complete their application here: https://app.scoir.com/signin

• First-time users will receive a PIN by email to complete the registration process. We encourage you to add the @duke.edu domain to your email provider’s safe sender list so that communications aren’t blocked or flagged as spam. 
• Be sure to use an email address that you can access for password resets. If you previously applied to Duke, you should not use a secondary school-provisioned email address.
